What's included
Weekend, evening and 24/7 support are available as custom add-ons depending on task type, workload, response needs and access requirements. Higher-skill, specialist or out-of-scope support may require a custom quote.
Managed service model: Remote Support is a managed LAKEVI service. Clients do not employ the remote agents directly. Clients pay LAKEVI a monthly service fee based on agreed task volume, working schedule, skill level and access requirements. LAKEVI manages sourcing, assignment, coordination and support delivery.
Software, licences and system access: The monthly service fee covers managed remote support delivery only. Software licences, system access, third-party application costs and any tools required for agents to carry out agreed tasks are the responsibility of the client. These are not included in the monthly fee and must be arranged and funded by the client before work begins.
Scope and agreed tasks: Support is delivered within the agreed task scope confirmed in writing before work begins. Tasks outside the agreed scope are not included and may require a separate agreement. LAKEVI does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including sales results, revenue growth or complaint resolutions.
Launch offer terms: The 15% introductory discount applies to new clients only, for the first 3 months of a new Remote Support agreement, subject to availability and a signed service agreement. The offer ends 31 August 2026. LAKEVI reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time before an agreement is signed.
